If the message is all in capitals you will find the personalisation extremely difficult to understand and may even result in personalisation being missed off the product. How to personalise the product - Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email containing a link to personalise your item. Follow the link to submit the personalised details that you require. - If we don't receive your personalisation within 24 hours the order will be cancelled.
