How to personalise the product - Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email containing a link to personalise your item. Follow the link to submit the personalised details that you require. - If we don't receive your personalisation within 24 hours the order will be cancelled. Please check your junk folder for the email. - Once personalisation has been submitted the order cannot be cancelled or amended as it will automatically be sent into production and will be despatched within 3 working days. This cute eyelash mug is perfect for any occasion! The front of the mug can be personalised with a message up to 20 characters long and a name of up to 12 characters including spaces and punctuation. The reverse of the mug can also be personalised with any message over 4 lines up to 25 characters per line. Personalisation on line 1 will appear as entered. Please avoid using block capitals as this may make the personalisation hard to read. Personalisation will appear in UPPERCASE regardless of how it is entered on the name and the back.
