How to personalise the product - Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email containing a link to personalise your item. Follow the link to submit the personalised details that you require. - If we don't receive your personalisation within 24 hours the order will be cancelled. Please check your junk folder for the email. - Once personalisation has been submitted the order cannot be cancelled or amended as it will automatically be sent into production and will be despatched within 3 working days. The front of the mug can be personalised with 2 lines up with up to 12 characters per line. The reverse of the mug can also be personalised with any message over 4 lines up to 25 characters per line. Line 1 will appear in as entered on the front, please avoid using block capitals. The rest of personalisation will appear in fixed upper case. Material is ceramic. Do not microwave.
