How to personalise the product - Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email containing a link to personalise your item. Follow the link to submit the personalised details that you require. - If we don't receive your personalisation within 24 hours the order will be cancelled. Please check your junk folder for the email. - Once personalisation has been submitted the order cannot be cancelled or amended as it will automatically be sent into production and will be despatched within 3 working days. The water bottle can be personalised with a name up to 12 characters long (please avoid using block capitals as this may make your personalisation become unreadable) The bottle features a white twist-on lid, clear concealable flip-top drinking spout attached to a straw. The lid also features a handy carry loop which is great for carrying the bottle around. Please note, exposure to boiling water may lead to distortion of the bottle. This item is not dishwasher safe and we recommend hand washing only. Also, we would like suggest that the spout is empty prior to closing as excess water may leak if the bottle is not upright.
