How to personalise the product - Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email containing a link to personalise your item. Follow the link to submit the personalised details that you require. - If we don't receive your personalisation within 24 hours the order will be cancelled. Please check your junk folder for the email. - Once personalisation has been submitted the order cannot be cancelled or amended as it will automatically be sent into production and will be despatched within 3 working days. Personalise the front of this beautiful memorial vase with a name up to 16 characters and any message over 4 lines of 20 characters per line. All personalisation is case sensitive and will appear as entered. Lines 1 & 5 are in bold text. PLEASE NOTE Due to the natural materials used (Resin) there may be some natural imperfections in the product, this may result in blemishes appearing on the area of personalisation.
