How to personalise the product - Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email containing a link to personalise your item. Follow the link to submit the personalised details that you require. - If we don't receive your personalisation within 24 hours the order will be cancelled. Please check your junk folder for the email. - Once personalisation has been submitted the order cannot be cancelled or amended as it will automatically be sent into production and will be despatched within 3 working days. Personalise this elegant Mr & Mrs Bullet Vase with up to 2 lines of 15 characters each, a surname and date would be a great idea for this Vase. 'Mr And Mrs' is fixed text and the hearts and swirls are a fixed design element. Line 1 will appear however the customer enters. If you would like the personalisation to be formatted like the image please enter Line 1 in uppercase and Line 2 in lower case e.g. Line 1 (Surname) - SMITH Line 2 (Date) - 13th June 2015 Hand Wash Only. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the font type used please refrain from using all capitals in your personalised message on line 2. If the message is all in capitals you will find the personalisation extremely difficult to understand and may even result in personalisation being missed off the product.
