How to personalise the product - Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email containing a link to personalise your item. Follow the link to submit the personalised details that you require. - If we don't receive your personalisation within 24 hours the order will be cancelled. Please check your junk folder for the email. - Once personalisation has been submitted the order cannot be cancelled or amended as it will automatically be sent into production and will be despatched within 3 working days. Simply choose a photo of your loved one to sit beside the fixed text 'Robins appear when loved ones are near' You can then add a personal message, up to 3 lines of text as below Line 1 (script) - 20 characters Line 2 - 25 characters Line 3 - 25 characters The personalisation on line 1 is case sensitive and will appear as entered. Please refrain from using fixed upper case as this could make the script font difficult to read. All other personalisation will appear in fixed UPPERCASE. Just add in your email address to obtain a photo upload link. Please ensure the image is of the highest quality as possible. This round decoration is made from wood with ribbon included.
