How to personalise the product - Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email containing a link to personalise your item. Follow the link to submit the personalised details that you require. - If we don't receive your personalisation within 24 hours the order will be cancelled. Please check your junk folder for the email. - Once personalisation has been submitted the order cannot be cancelled or amended as it will automatically be sent into production and will be despatched within 3 working days. This concrete pot is a lovely way to commemorate a loved one. Personalise this pot with the following, Line 1 - up to 20 characters Line 2 - up to 15 characters Line 3 - up to 15 characters Line 4 - up to 15 characters Line 1 will appear as entered, please avoid using fixed upper case as this may make the personalisation hard to read. The personalisation on lines 2-4 will appear in fixed uppercase. The material of these pots is concrete, they are a hand finished product therefore small imperfections may occur. These pots are not water tight, therefore if using real flowers a potted plant is recommended. Suitable for indoor use only. Perfect for memorials
