How to personalise the product - Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email containing a link to personalise your item. Follow the link to submit the personalised details that you require. - If we don't receive your personalisation within 24 hours the order will be cancelled. Please check your junk folder for the email. - Once personalisation has been submitted the order cannot be cancelled or amended as it will automatically be sent into production and will be despatched within 3 working days. The senders name and child's home town also feature within the story making it that extra special and children will love to hear how their adventure unfolds in their own special world. Child's name 12 characters. The personalisation on the front cover will automatically appear in UPPERCASE. Home town 20 characters Senders name 12 characters (this is a single Role only i.e. Mummy or Daddy as it appears in the story as a parental figure - please do not use surnames or for example 'The Riley's') All of the above three lines are mandatory and need to be entered. A message can also be added to the inside of the book over 4 lines of 20 characters per line.
