1. Remove your Adjustable Speed Rope from its packaging. 2. To adjust length, twist the cap at the bottom of each handle. 3. Seperate the cap from the stopper and adjust to your desired length. 4. Once adjusted, click the cap back into the stopper to secure your rope. 5. Twist the cap of your handle securely and you are now ready to use your speed rope
