Our Lion’s Mane Mushroom Kit is a great introduction to growing this incredible mushroom. One of the great medicinal mushrooms known for its health benefits it also has an amazing flavour. This kit takes a little more time, watering and attention than our oyster mushroom kits, but don’t let this put you off, it is still very much considered a beginner level to grow. Keep your kit in a light and airy spot where you’ll remember to mist it a couple of times per day and watch it grow. These mushrooms don’t need to be grown in the dark – kept indoors, in a kitchen is the perfect room – giving them the right light and temperature to thrive. Expect to harvest at least 200-250g of fresh mushrooms over a couple of harvests. These are culinary mushrooms and have no known hallucinogenic properties.
