Gemini said Pelargonium 'Concolor Lace' is a compact, bushy evergreen perennial prized for its medium green, lacy-edged foliage that emits a delightful hazelnut fragrance when brushed or bruised. From June to October, it produces small clusters of cherry-pink flowers that beautifully contrast with its aromatic leaves. With an average growth rate and an elegant, slightly cascading habit, it is best positioned in containers or raised beds where its scent can be easily enjoyed. As a frost-tender plant, it should be grown in a bright, frost-free spot and moved outdoors only after the risk of frost has passed. To maintain a healthy display in well-drained soil, water regularly—allowing the surface to dry between sessions—and apply a high-potash fertilizer every two weeks. Pinch back leggy growth to ensure a bushy shape and bring plants indoors before the first autumn frosts to overwinter.
