The stainless‑steel exterior with an aluminium core spreads heat quickly, while the hex‑textured interior helps food release and resists scratching. Cook steaks, fillets and weekend fry‑ups on any hob and finish in the oven when needed. Dishwasher safe for straightforward clean‑up.
