Its solid acacia surface gives you a generous 50 x 35cm workspace with a substantial 4cm depth, plenty of room for chopping, carving and batch prep, while the recessed area helps keep prepared ingredients or off-cuts in one place. The natural grain gives every block its own character, but the point is simple: a hardworking, knife-friendly board designed to get used on Tuesday night and still look the part for Sunday lunch.

Hand wash with warm soapy water, rinse well and dry immediately with a towel; stand the board on its side to air dry so air can circulate around both sides. Do not put in the dishwasher or leave submerged in water. Apply food-safe mineral oil every 3-4 weeks, allow it to soak for 30 minutes, then buff off excess.
