Pro-Kleen's PatioSeal is the perfect product to use to protect your Indian Sandstone, patios, paths, concrete, brickwork, and internal stone paths. Leaving a clear matt finish, PatioSeal will protect your outdoor surfaces from weathering, stains, oil and grease. This ensures that your patios and outdoor areas will always look clean and clear - no matter what the weather or how many barbecues you may have! Barbecues can be messy - especially when there's oil, fat and grease splashing onto your outdoor flooring. Not only can this cause unsightly stains, but it's also a nightmare to remove! PatioSeal is sure to provide a protective layer over the surrounding area of your barbecue, so when stains occur they can easily be removed! Pro-Kleen's PatioSeal comes in 5-litre bottles and one bottle can cover up to 50m2. Once the solution has been applied, it can last up to 10 years, giving you clean and protected flooring for many years to come. It's rainfast after 3-4 hours and FULLY cured after 24 hours (depending upon porosity and temperature)!

PatioSeal is extremely easy to use. Simply make sure that the surface you wish to apply the product to is clean and free from dirt, debris and any floral growth before application. Shake the product well before use and test on a small area to ensure compatibility. Pour the contents into a sprayer and apply an even coat onto the chosen surface. Please note: do not over apply as ponding may occur. We recommend using just one coat but porous substrates may require a second coat. Do not use in wet weather or when rain is expected.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
