The exterior should be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth, avoiding harsh chemicals. For safety and efficiency, ensure the unit is placed on a flat surface with 50cm of clearance for airflow and always use the included window venting kit. If the unit has been tilted during transport, it must stand upright for 24 hours before use to allow the R290 refrigerant to settle. During periods of high humidity, the internal tank should be drained via the rear port. Before storage, run the unit on fan mode to dry the internal components.
