Place the treadmill on a flat, stable surface before use. Keep away from moisture and direct sunlight. Wipe clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth; do not use abrasive cleaners. Regularly check and tighten bolts to ensure stability. Ensure children and pets are kept away during operation.
