Download the companion app (scan the QR in the leaflet), switch on Bluetooth and press the tracker’s button to power it up, then add it in the app and follow the prompts; name it and attach it to your keys, wallet or bag so you can ring it, view the last known location on a map and set separation alerts. To care for it, wipe with a soft, dry cloth and avoid solvents or abrasive cleaners, keep it dry and away from extreme heat or cold, and replace the battery when the app shows it’s low (see the manual for the correct type). Safety: small batteries can be harmful if swallowed—keep away from children and pets.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
