5-Pack of re-sealable syringes containing thermal paste for heat sink applications. Each syringe contains 1.5g of metal oxide compound with thermal conductivity of 3.195 W/m-K at 25°C. This thermal paste is designed to improve heat dissipation from computer chips such as CPUs and features CE and RoHS certifications. The metal-based compound contains 60% metal oxide for reliable thermal conductivity. Operating temperature range is -30°C to 180°C, making it ideal for servicing workstations, desktop computers and servers. Each tube provides sufficient paste for 4 to 6 applications, with 20 to 30 total applications across the five-pack. The re-sealable syringe design prevents the product from drying between uses and allows for easy distribution across multiple workstations.
