The Serge barbecue is an easy-to-use quality product. In fact its tank and lid are made of high-quality steel coated with heat-resistant matte paint. Ignition and cooking are quick thanks to the 5 vents on this American-style smoker barbecue. They regulate the airflow in order not to consume the coal too quickly and to regulate the density of the smoke. The air vents on the sides of the hood (x2) and on the sides of the tank (x2) provide good air circulation. The charcoal is placed on an enamelled inner grate to allow the necessary air vacuum for the oxygen to be supplied via the vent below. To ensure ease of opening and closing the vent of the ash collector is operated by a lever. The Serge barbecue features a charcoal grate a grill for cooking a grate to keep food warm and a grate on the stand which acts as a shelf. This well-designed item has two wooden shelves which act as two separate worktops. You can place dishes condiments and utensils on them. These shelves fold down for easy storage. With its wheels and handle the barbecue moves easily. Cleaning is easy thanks to the ash collector which is easily removed.
