There's even a hold function: push the button and the unit will freeze the reading on screen, even after the probe has been removed from your food. This digital thermometer with probe is simple to use. Select your temperature unit - from ℃ or ℉. Place its tapered stainless steel probe into your food. It'll provide an accurate reading between -40℃/-40℉ and 232℃/450℉. With its ultra-thin, tapered tip, this probe leaves a tiny puncture mark. This prevents flavour and moisture escaping during cooking, and also ensures your food looks more appealing when serving time arrives. When you've finished?
