Bicep Curls Weight Bench
“Refund was approved and back in my account the same day.” - Deliver+ customer
The bicep curls weight bench by tectake is the perfect piece of equipment to help build compact, toned, strong biceps muscles at home. The preacher curl bench focuses on the isolated training of the biceps through targetted exercises such as dumbbell bicep curls and preacher curls. The arrangement of the seating area and arm padding fixates the body securely, so that no other muscles have to be strained to ensure good posture, thus avoiding back pain for example. That way, complete energy output can be focused on the biceps to maximise benefit. The adjustable bench means that it can be optimally set to meet individual body size and requirements. The bar can be safely racked on the fixed barbell rack in between sets. The preacher curl bench is not just for training the biceps but can also be used for tricep and shoulder exercises such as tricep extensions or seated shoulder press, making it a more diverse piece of fitness equipment. The robust steel structure makes the weight bench your perfect training partner. This bicep curls weight bench from tectake is perfect for lifting weights as part of your exercise routine and a must have for your home gym.
