Connect the unit with the vaginal probe. Insert the vaginal probe. Press and hold the ON button to switch the Kegel Toner on. Select the programme by pressing the P button. Regulate output intensity with the UP and DOWN arrows. Press and hold the OFF button to switch the Kegel Toner off.
