Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hairspray, and household chemicals, as these can accelerate oxidation. Storage When not wearing, store your jewellery in a dry, airtight pouch or box. Keeping it separate from other jewellery helps prevent scratches, especially given its textured surface. Cleaning Gently polish with a soft silver cloth to restore shine. For a deeper clean, use warm water with mild soap, then dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners—they can strip away the subtle surface texture and patina. Tarnish & Patina Slight darkening is natural and often enhances the sculptural detail of the piece. If you prefer a brighter finish, occasional polishing will bring back the silver’s shine while still retaining its handmade character. Extra Care Remove during heavy manual work or activities.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn, unwashed with the original labels attached. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors.
