To maintain its beauty, blot spills immediately using a clean, absorbent cloth without rubbing. For stubborn stains, professional cleaning is recommended. When first laid out, creases or fold lines may appear, but these will naturally flatten within a few days to a week. To speed up the process, gently fold the rug in the opposite direction of the creases, vacuum to loosen the fibers, or place furniture on it to encourage the rug to settle flat.
