Unroll immediately after delivery and allow the rug to settle naturally, temporary creases from packaging will flatten over time, gently fold against creases if needed, vacuum regularly to loosen fibres and remove dust, clean using carpet foam or standard carpet shampoo, use a non slip underlay for added safety and stability.

Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
