Before First Use: Wash all parts (except base unit) with warm soapy water. After Each Use: Wipe base unit with a damp cloth (do not immerse in water). Wash jars and lids in warm water or place them in the dishwasher (top rack). Storage: Store in a cool, dry place with the lid off to prevent condensation. Do Not: Use metal utensils inside jars, or place the base unit in water. Safety Tip: Always unplug after use and let cool before cleaning.
