To ensure long-lasting comfort and support for your Red Coil Kids Mattress, always place it on a flat, supportive base or slatted bed frame. Rotate the mattress head-to-foot every 2–3 months to prevent uneven wear and maintain proper support. Spot-clean any spills with a damp cloth and mild detergent; do not machine wash or soak. The Cool Touch Fabric cover is breathable and moisture-wicking but not fully waterproof, so wipe spills promptly and allow it to air dry completely. Keep the mattress away from direct heat sources and open flames. Avoid standing, jumping, or placing heavy, concentrated loads on the mattress. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
