Always place the mattress on a flat, supportive base or slatted bed frame to ensure structural integrity. Rotate the mattress head-to-foot every 2–3 months to prevent uneven wear. Spot-clean any spills with a damp cloth and mild detergent, avoiding soaking or machine washing. The Cool Touch Fabric cover is breathable and moisture-wicking; however, it is not fully waterproof—clean spills promptly and allow the mattress to air dry completely. Keep the mattress away from direct heat sources and open flames. Avoid standing, jumping, or placing heavy, concentrated loads on the mattress.
