Our glass weights for fermenting are easy to clean by hand or in a dishwasher. The weights fit perfectly with standard wide mouth jars and have a diameter of 7cm and has a height of 2.8cm. The weight is approximately 191 grams, which is heavy enough to keep your ingredients submerged in the brine for even fermentation and promoting anaerobic , which is essential for the fermentation process.
