Do not clean the product with any abrasive cloths, chemicals, solvents or detergents that can cause damage to the surface. Periodically check and re-tighten fittings where necessary. Retighten all fittings after first week following assembly. To clean, sponge down with warm water, a soft cloth and mild detergent.

Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
