This rug is handwoven, so each piece may vary in colour and size by +/- 5-7 cm. Occasional shedding is normal with cotton fabrics and not a defect. After unpacking, unfold thoroughly and allow up to 72 hours for fibres to settle; you can place a heavy weight on the ends to speed flattening. Regular gentle vacuuming on a low setting helps maintain softness without pulling threads. If the floor is slippery, use a non-slip underlay to reduce movement and preserve the rug’s edges. Rotate periodically to even wear and preserve the bold red and white pattern.
