Each piece is handmade, and natural rattan and cotton mean slight variations in size, shape and colour. The chair is susceptible to weather conditions and must be stored inside or in a covered, moderate location when not in use. To maximise longevity, clean the rattan with a dry cloth only and hand-wash the cushion or use a delicate 30°C wash, avoiding tumble dry or high heat for long-term longevity.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
