This certified Microsoft Teams speakerphone is well-integrated with Microsoft Teams and comes with a dedicated Microsoft Teams icon to access Microsoft Teams functions. A flashing light indicates a notification for an unanswered call, a voice mail, or an upcoming meeting from the Teams application. Press the dedicated button to activate the Teams application or access the Cortana intelligent assistant. The CP900 supports full-duplex technology, so calls sound their best on both ends. It is designed with six directional microphones positioned around the base, which pick up sound from any direction in 360 degrees, allowing participants to converse naturally in a flexible setting without needing to huddle round the speakerphone. The lightweight design is compact enough to carry in a laptop bag or backpack, and a travel case is included.
