Cancel or change your order

Can I cancel or change my order?

You may cancel your order at any point from placing the order up until fourteen (14) calendar days from the day after your order has reached you. Please keep in mind that unless cancellation takes place before payment has been processed your order cannot be stopped and will be delivered to you.

Please place a new order for these items.

• Change delivery information for your order:

Unfortunately this is not possible once the order has been placed.

• Cancel your order:

Please contact our online customer services team. If the order has already gone through you may be asked to return your parcel via one of our normal returns procedure. Alternatively you can refuse delivery once the parcel arrives.
