How do I log in to my online Beauty Club account?

You can log in to your online Beauty Club account here. Your log in details are the same as your Debenhams.com account.

Do I have to have a Debenhams.com account to access my beauty club account?

Yes, your Debenhams.com and Beauty Card account are linked making it easier for you to spend your remaining rewards and shop online.

I don’t remember the DOB I provided you when I first registered, what can I do?

I want to remove the beauty club card from my account, how do I do this?

You can remove your Beauty Club card by following these easy steps:

  1. Log into your Beauty Club account and select 'Manage account' located on the top right hand side of your Beauty Club account.
  2. Click the ‘Remove card from account' link.



  3. Select remove my card



  4. Your card will be removed from your account straight away.



How do I check my Beauty Club account balance?

You can check your Beauty Club account balance online. To do so login to your Beauty Club account, once logged in you will be presented with the following:

  • Available to spend: this will show the amount of rewards you currently have available to spend. This amount will include any previous rewards that you have not spent.
  • Points: this will show the total number of points you have earned. If you have more than 500 points that have not yet been converted to a reward, these will be converted in your next Beauty Club statement and available for you to spend. Unfortunately, existing Beauty Club members will no longer be able to earn points on beauty purchases.
  • Due to expire within 30 days: rewards expire 13 months after you receive them, or until Debenhams ceases trading.

Alternatively you can check your Beauty Club balance in store where a sales advisor can check how many existing rewards you have earned on your account.


You will receive a monthly statement email which will detail how many rewards you have gained or used.

What are points and rewards?

You earn 3 points for every £1 you spend on Beauty, Fragrance, Beauty Services or Beauty Electricals in store and online. Unfortunately, existing Beauty Club members will no longer be able to earn points on beauty purchases. If you have more than 500 or points that have not yet been converted to a reward, these will be converted for your next Beauty Club statement and available for you to spend. Your rewards can be redeemed on Beauty, Fragrance, Beauty Services or Beauty Electricals in store and online.

When will I be able to spend my points?

If you have more than 500 or points that have not yet been converted to a reward, these will be converted for your next Beauty Club statement and available for you to spend. Unfortunately, existing Beauty Club members will no longer be able to earn points on beauty purchases.

Can I earn points online and how?

Unfortunately, existing Beauty Club members will no longer be able to earn points on beauty purchases online or in store.


How do I pay with my Beauty Club card?

You can use your rewards as part payment or full payment on any beauty purchase. If your purchase total is more than the value of your rewards you can pay for the additional amount with another payment method.

In store:
Simply present your Beauty Club card at the till in any Debenhams store. The sales advisor will then apply your rewards to the purchase.

Online:
At the checkout page you will be given the option to 'Pay with a Beauty Club Card'. If you are logged in to your Debenhams account you will automatically be shown the balance available to spend on your beauty card, if you are not logged in you will need to enter your Reward ID to see the balance available. To pay with the balance shown click the 'Use this Card' button.



Will my rewards expire?

Your rewards will remain on your account until they expire, or until Debenhams ceases trading (whichever comes first).

You can also check the expiry date of your existing rewards via your online account, on your Beauty Club dashboard click the 'View expiry dates' link beneath the amount available to spend .




You can also get a more detailed breakdown by viewing 'My balance expiry dates'.

  1. Open the manage account menu.
  2. Select Balance expiry dates



  3. You will be taken to a page showing 'My transaction history' and 'My balance expiry dates'. Simply select 'My balance expiry dates' to easily see the breakdown of your expiry dates.

What do I do if my points balance is incorrect?

What will happen to my points if I return a beauty/fragrance purchase?

If you have returned a beauty/fragrance item; the relevant points will be removed from your Beauty Club card under the terms and conditions of the offer.

How do I know how many points and rewards I've got?

You can check your points/reward balance online at any time. To do this simply log in to your Beauty Club account. Unfortunately, existing Beauty Club members will no longer be able to earn points on beauty purchases online or in store. When will I receive my statement?

You will receive a Beauty Club statement email detailing your total points and rewards balance.

How do I check my transaction / point's history?

You can check your transaction/ point's history via your online account.

  1. Log into your Beauty Club account and open the manage account menu.
  2. Select Transaction history
  3. You will be taken to a page that looks like the below where you can clearly see your transaction and points history.



When do rewards expire and how do I check this?

Reward expire 6 months after they have been received.
You can also check the expiry date via your online account the date will be clearly shown on your dashboard under the amount available to spend.

Why can I only see expiry dates for some of my reward balances?

If you were issued a reward through our customer service centre, we won't have put an expiry date on it. If you earned a monthly reward, it will have a 13 month expiry date on it. For example If you have a £20 balance but can only see expiry dates for £15, then the £5 was probably issued from our customer service, and has no expiry date.

What happens to my points and rewards if my Beauty club card has expired?

Beauty club cards expire if the card has not been used for 24 months. Once a card has expired all points and rewards will be removed from the card.

Can I earn/redeem my Beauty Club points at Blow LTD fast beauty bars?

Unfortunately, existing Beauty Club members will no longer be able to earn points at Blow LTD. Rewards may still be redeemed. Your Beauty Club card cannot be used at a Blow LTD salon outside of a Debenhams store or when receiving a Blow LTD service at home.

Where can I find my points ID?

Your points ID is located on the back of your Beauty Club card, it's the ID starting with 63383
Please be aware that the position may be different if you have an older design of the card.


Where can I find my rewards ID?

Your reward ID is located on the back of your Beauty Club reward card, it's the ID starting with 633586
Please be aware that the position may be different if you have an older design of the card.


Where can I find my PIN?

On all physical beauty club cards, your PIN can be found on the reverse of your card underneath the foil strip at the top right hand side.

I want to remove the beauty club card from my account, how do I do this?

Removing your card from your Debenhams account will mean you can no longer view your collected points, balance or manage your card online.
You can remove your Beauty Club card by following these easy steps:

  1. Log into your Beauty Club account and open up ‘Manage account’ located on the top right hand side of your Beauty Club account.
  2. Click the 'Remove card from account' link.



  3. Select remove my card



  4. Your card will be removed from your account straight away, you can add a new Beauty Card at any point.



I want to close my beauty club card account, how do I do this?

We are sorry that you wish to close your account, to do so please contact our customer services team who will be able to assist with your enquiry.

Under what circumstances would my account be closed?

We may immediately suspend and/or close any member's account for the following reasons:

  • You have requested that your account be closed
  • We reasonably believe that our rules have been breached
  • There is any theft or misconduct in connection with us
  • The member supplies false or misleading information to us
  • The member is abusive or offensive to any member of our staff
  • The Debenhams Reward Club programme has ended

How do I get free online delivery?

You will find a free delivery code in your monthly statement. Please refer to When will I receive my statement? This code is yours to redeem on home delivery and click & collect for Beauty & Fragrances. To qualify, please follow these steps:

Simply enter your code into the promotional box at either shopping bag or at payment stage. This can be entered in either of the below screens.

Please note: excludes Beauty Electricals which require £50 minimum spend to qualify for free standard delivery.
