Blue dark wash 'St Ives' regular fit bootcut jeans is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 25.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Quality - different Jeans than 12 months ago These jeans are poor quality. I have bought Mantary jeans for 4 years. This year they have changed the quality of the Jeans. The material is now to thin and wears to easily. They are to stretchy and I hate the feel. These were my fav jeans, but now back to searching for a replacement. Please bring back the old quality and material.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Perfect if size 8 had a long option Great pair of jeans comfortable, well made. Only negative is that size 8 don’t had a long option, the regular is just to short for me, fine for work but couldn’t wair out as far to short. The only other option is to get a 10 long but far to big round the waist so you have to decide on length or fit.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from These Jeans are now AWFUL quality. Nothing like the previous version.Avoid. I purchased several of these Mantaray jeans when I discovered them in a Debenhams store back in 2014, and since online, often spending alot of money at one go simply because they USED to be the most comfortable, nice-feeling denim in a nice, relaxed bootcut that actually fit me nicely. I have long legs and a big bum, so I like my jeans to be slightly loose and flared at the base to even me out. Since the old type were discontinued and these have taken their place the quality and feel has dropped off the scale. I purchased one of each colour, hoping that they would have been redesigned well and I could relax knowing my size were going to be back in stock again after a year of waiting...but no...sorry folks these are NOT the Mantaray jeans you are looking for. If you were a fan of the old Mantaray bootcut jeans, the ones made of soft, lightweight denim, with the nice, coloured cotton lining inside the waistband, these are a very poor imitation. I tried my two new pairs on and found myself so disappointed. The 'denim' is more like jegging material, it is so stretchy and thin, and it feels this way even brand new, so after a few washes these things will be worn as thin as tissue paper and fading away. The detailing is also lacking, they still have lined waistbands but the stitching is measly and just doesn't have the weight or quality of the old Mantaray designs which always made me at least feel like spending that much was worth it! The colour looks nice at first glance, one a darker denim blue and the other a dusty mid-wash, but they smell funny, as if they've been stored in a damp barn, and if experience is anything to go by that means they are pumped full of insecticides(for shipping), dye fixers and starches that once washed out will leave you with a floppy, loose and saggy pair of thin, plasticky jeans. The old Mantaray were made of a soft, light denim that I found would wear out very easily between the thighs after 4 or 5 months, but that was my only complaint, that you were paying for a pair of jeans (quite expensive jeans) that didn't have the everyday strength you would expect from denim (which by it's very nature is supposed to be hard wearing). But I did at least get to wear my old, worn pairs as slouch-around jeans or cut them off to make shorts etc. The old design was extremely comfortable and looked well-made as well. These new designs are extremely stretchy, they are not flattering around the waist at all, already clinging and bunching like a nasty jegging look in the crotch and around the sides of my legs and they are more like the jeans you would get on a market stall. To say I am disappointed is a massive understatement. It's very hard to get relaxed cut jeans for women with a bit of room on the thighs, knees and bum. Not everyone feels good or wants to wear nasty jeggings, and women with curves can't fit into straight cut or skinny fit drainpipe jeans. Most skinny people who do look ridiculous anyway. I will be sending my pairs back, and sadly not purchasing any ever again if the quality doesn't improve. It's so hard to shop for good jeans these days, not being able to walk into a shop and feel the denim and see how they hang on your particular body because there are so few shops or they don't stock a full range, it's disappointing that Debenhams, who would have had my money many times over using their online store as before, if they had improved on the old design, are now losing out. Please bring back the proper Mantaray jeans. These are just awful, awful, awful.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from change in material disappointing. jeans returned Too much elastic and polyester has been put in to what was an excellent pair of jeans. They are now more like the cheap shops with stretchy jeans that dont look great on the body for all shapes and sizes. disappointed as they were a great pair of jeans when bought last year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Got much stretchier These jeans say they only have 1% elastane. However despite apparently no increase in the elastane content they are significantly stretchier than my previous purchases of this style. So despite loving the cut and fit I am really disappointed as I am an old fashioned gal when it comes to jeans. Apart from the stretch, they are great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Jeans Bought two pairs a while ago they were really nice and fit well. A bit long though so I ordered more but short length. Not too flared and suitable for more mature ladies who look ridiculous in skinny jeans. Quite good value as the fabric is not too thin.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Loose fit jeans I really liked the look and feel of these jeans, they were a looser fit and not too much Lycra which is good. I found the regular leg too long for me at 5ft 5” and they looked more flared than bootcut. The reason i’ve only given 4 out of 5 is because the sizing is all over the place. I bought my normal size and could take them off without undoing them, I tried the size below and couldn’t get them on.
