Looks great but far too bright
When I bought this alarm clock I was really pleased with the style and quality for the money. From my perspective it has a major flaw - it is far too bright at night. It illuminates the room so much that my wife and I couldn't sleep. We had to unplug it and take it out of the bedroom. It would be helpful if it was dimmable but unfortunately it isn't. I took it back to the store the following day.

Nice contemporary clock but the green light is too bright!
This was originally bought for the guest room but we liked the look so much that we used, for one night only, in our bedroom. Liked the way it is automatically set to the correct GMT but unfortunately the green numbers are too bright and lit up the whole room. There is no facility on the clock to dull them down. However a good looking clock. Now back in the guest room!

Nice looking clock, well made, but no dimmer switch so far too bright if you like a dark bedroom.

A nice sized clock with a large and clear display.
Pleasant clock which is compact and has a clear green display. As it is LED rather than LCD, it is clearly visible in low levels of illumination.
My only negative comment is that the auto set technolgy is not all it is made out to be! It is not time pulsed from Rugby but is set by the manufacturers meaning that the pre set time which appears when the clock is first powered up is merely that which was set in the factory and you may need to make adjustments (an easy process). My clock was 1 and a half minutes slow!
