loved the design, shape and quality.
Have been buying these for years, and always replaced them. Disappointed that I can't get the design I need online. Also I wanted to give a gift of 6 of the same design to a friend, but cannot get them. My local china shop doesn't have them anymore.

Riddle of the Ceylon royal mug
Delicate, elegant and beautiful but frankly, I cannot see why the online customer is not given the option to choose the exact pattern of the Ceylon Royal Mug being purchased. Is it that big a problem? Surely, Debenhams could liaise with the supplier and obtain sufficient stock of the exact item in advance. Based on the two previous reviews, I am confident that sales for this item would pick up greatly if the option to select the exact pattern was provided.

Light-weight, Nice to hold, Nice shape & easy to handle. Only drawback is, you can't choose the colour and design on it, when ordering online. So I started buying my choice of colour in the local store. But again problem was that, they were not available more than 1 to 3 in quantity on display. I tried to order in the store, but couldn't order ONLY my choice of colour. At the end I started buying every week, what quatity was available and it took 4-5 weeks to get 10 mugs. Irritating but there was no alternative to choose another brand because I liked the capacity, quality and style of the mug. But if you don't mind random, then it is easy to buy. Yes they have to correct the information about capacity of the mug, it is 200ml, not 400ml. Definately I would recommend this product to anyone, who is looking for small, light weight and beautiful mugs

Too small
I ordered 10 mugs, which arrived all separately boxed. The product description states 400ml, whereas in fact they have a 200ml capacity.
Needless to say they were returned
