After every use, switch off, unplug and allow to cool before cleaning or maintenance. Wipe the unit with a soft, damp cloth and allow to dry thoroughly. Do not immerse in water or any other liquid. Remove baked on food from the cooking plates with warm water mixed with mild detergent and wipe clean with paper towel or non-abrasive scourer.
