It is pasteurized, naturally cloudy, and free from flavor enhancers, artificial colors, or preservatives, with an acidity of 3.5-4 pH and naturally occurring sugars. The lacto-fermentation process preserves the vegetables and enhances their nutrient content, increasing B-group vitamins and vitamin C compared to raw vegetables. Carrot Juice is a rich source of vitamins B3, B6, K, and C, as well as folic acid, manganese, and potassium.
