What does the weight of the joggers mean?: You can use the grams per square metre in the description of your jogging bottoms to determine their thickness. This primarily affects the drape and feel: the heavier the joggers are, the straighter they fall and the better they look.However, a heavier weight doesn't necessarily guarantee more warmth.The brushed knit is lighter per square meter but it's also warmer because it traps air.
