The Alva Maestro 5-Ply Stainless Steel Frying Pan is made from five-ply 18/10 stainless steel with a full aluminum core. As an everyday skillet it handles steak, chops and vegetables over high heat. It works on gas, electric, ceramic, halogen and induction cooktops. The full aluminum core carries heat right up the sides rather than only across the base. Oven safe to 500F. It is uncoated, so there is no nonstick layer to wear away and nothing with intentionally added PFAS, PTFE or PFOA.
