The Alva Nori Enameled Cast Iron Tagine 3-Qt is a 3-quart tagine with a conical lid, made from cast iron finished inside and out with porcelain enamel. It works on gas, electric, ceramic, halogen and induction cooktops. Cast iron takes a while to warm up and then holds that heat steadily for hours. Oven safe to 500F. It is made without any nonstick coating at all, so there is nothing with intentionally added PFAS, PTFE or PFOA. Build the dish over a low heat, put the conical lid on and leave it to cook gently so the steam keeps circulating back over the food. Covered by an Alva limited lifetime warranty.
