This reusable menstrual disc pack holds two sizes, Small and Large, so you can find the fit that suits your flow and your cycle. Each menstrual disc is made from soft, body-safe silicone and is PFAS-free. The disc sits below the cervix and collects menstrual fluid without suction, giving up to 12 hours of leak-free wear. A pull-off ring makes removal simple: hook a finger around the ring and gently pull downwards. Each size comes with its own silicone pouch, so a clean disc can travel in your bag. The discs are reusable for up to 10 years. To use, sterilise the disc by boiling it for 5 minutes before first use, wash your hands, pinch the disc into a figure of eight and insert it towards the tailbone, tucking the front rim behind the pubic bone. Rinse with warm water after each use and sterilise at the end of each cycle, by boiling for 5 minutes or in a steriliser case. Suitable from age 11. If you have an IUD, speak to your healthcare provider before use.
