Brod & Taylor
Folding Dough Proofer and Slow Cooker, Large Proving Box
“Refund was approved and back in my account the same day.” - Deliver+ customer
Better bread starts with proper fermentation, and the Brod & Taylor Folding Proofer creates the ideal warm conditions for consistent, reliable results, even in winter or colder kitchens where dough often struggles to rise. With precise temperature control from 21–90 °C and optional humidity using the included water tray, it makes achieving perfectly proved dough simple: set the temperature, add water if needed, and place your dough inside for consistently better bread. Designed for convenience, the proofer sets up in seconds when you need it and folds down to just 7 cm high for compact storage in drawers or cabinets, keeping countertops clutter‑free; when opened, it measures 368.3 mm wide × 254 mm high × 457.2 mm deep. An optional accessory shelf (sold separately) adds versatility, allowing you to batch tasks, prep starters, or prove multiple doughs at once, with space for two trays of rolls, four loaves, and more. Beyond bread, this one appliance offers endless uses, functioning as a slow cooker, yoghurt or kombucha fermenter, chocolate melter, and soft‑cheese maker thanks to its precise low‑heat control and Slow Cook Mode ranging from 29–90 °C.
