Inspired by a shirt worn by Tony Soprano in The Sopranos, Season 2, Episode 11, House Arrest. Some clothes stay in the mind because they feel completely right for the person wearing them. This was one of those: relaxed, particular, slightly offbeat. A shirt we found ourselves pausing, rewinding and talking about long after the episode had ended. Our interpretation keeps close to the original, with the artwork redrawn and the fit brought into a soft viscose shirt with a relaxed body, straight hem, chest pocket and clean drape. The aim was to keep what made the shirt memorable without turning it into costume. Finished with off-white mother-of-pearl buttons and a small Far Afield mark hidden in the artwork.
