Small, compact, but surprisingly powerful, the ottimo Searsmith 13" Kamado BBQ is perfect for feeding 1-3 people with ease and complete spontaneity. Whether you're smoking ribs, grilling steaks, or slow-roasting a joint, this versatile kamado brings authentic charcoal cooking to your balcony, patio, or compact garden with distinctive smoky flavours. Finished in gloss green ceramic with thick walls that provide exceptional thermal mass, the Searsmith stabilises internal cooking temperatures against fluctuating outside conditions, unlike metal kettles that vary wildly in differing weather. The fibre gasket seal works with the ceramic construction to minimise heat loss, burning 50-75% less charcoal compared to traditional BBQs. The dual top & bottom airflow system and built-in thermometer give you steady temperature control. Once you set your vents, the temperature locks in like an oven, giving you worry-free stability so you can relax with guests. Designed to handle everything from low-and-slow smoking to high-heat searing, the Searsmith 13" delivers consistent results every time. A powder-coated steel stand ensures everyday durability, whilst the integrated bamboo handle adds portability for effortless repositioning around your outdoor space.
