Your furniture is supplied with one coat of the 'Taylor Brown' oil based preservative. To help protect and extend the life of your furniture we strongly recommend for you to apply another coat every 6-12 months. All preservatives and aftercare products are available on our online store. Wood is a natural product and may expand and retract depending on the weather conditions therefore we can not be held liable for cracking , splitting , warping and shrinkage as this is a natural occurrence , because of this it may be necessary to check the tightness of the bolts/screws. Resin is occasionally present in the timber and is no detriment, should this appear simply wipe with a cloth/white spirit.
