Bring the feeling of rowing on the water into your home with the Circuit Fitness AMZ-167 Folding Water Rower. Designed to recreate a natural rowing experience, its durable polycarbonate water tank and 16-blade impeller deliver smooth, responsive resistance accompanied by the calming sound of moving water. Offering 15 resistance levels, the AMZ-167 is ideal for everything from steady cardio and interval training to muscle toning and stamina development. Rowing provides an effective low-impact, full-body workout, engaging major muscle groups while helping improve cardiovascular fitness and burn calories. The adjustable LCD console displays time, distance, strokes per minute, calories, total strokes and heart rate/pulse, with target-setting functions, Recovery and a Race Against the Machine mode to add variety and motivation to your training. A durable rail provides a smooth gliding motion, while the large comfortable seat and extra-large pedals help create a secure and comfortable workout. Supporting users up to 136kg, it is built for regular home training. Once your workout is complete, simply fold the rower and use the front transport wheels and vertical storage system to conveniently store it away.
